The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), South Central Railway has released the official notification for the engagement of 2,801 Act Apprentices for the 2025-26 training year under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

The 2,801 vacancies are spread across various technical trades. The highest numbers of slots are available for Electrician (1258), Fitter (539), AC Mechanic (251), Welder (202), COPA (181), and Diesel Mechanic (105).

Selection Process: There is no written exam or interview for this recruitment. Selection is strictly based on a Merit List prepared by calculating the average of your 10th standard percentage and your ITI marks.
